We are a small community based gym in South Denver that specializes in real world results for your lifestyle and goals. We offer small group fitness classes designed to be scalable and modifiable for everyone, one on one personal training, and Health Coaching.
We don’t believe in mirrors or peacocking, but we DO believe that all bodies are created to work hard and created results. There is no judgment or body shaming allowed here. Every person is welcome at Metamorphosis Fitness, regardless of your gender, race, religion, identity or orientation. Let us take your fitness journey with you.

Yes! Every workout is modifiable and scalable to meet everyone’s needs. We work closely with you to insert your needs, and to ensure you are getting the most out of your workouts.
Depending on how much you want to save, you may sign a month to month contract, or you may sign a contract for six months or a year. Longer contracts have discounts on membership fees.
