Join us for a six week queer fit boot camp starting August 23rd at 9 am! Designed to meet you where you are in your fitness journey, this boot camp will kick your booty into gear, and launch you in the right direction! Every exercise is scalable and modifiable to make sure you are getting the workout you need and want. All body weight movements + strength and cardio = A full fitness attack!
In person classes will be held outdoors at Cheeseman Park, and are limited to the first 10 participants. A virtual class option is also available, and emails will be sent to participants who choose that option. Social distancing and masks when appropriate will be strictly enforced. This boot camp is intended to eliminate as many barriers to fitness as possible for the queer community.
