Group Classes: We offer group classes to motivate and drive you to new levels. Every workout is modified to your individual needs and abilities. We initially scaled each workout to three separate levels; red, yellow and green. From there, we further scale or modify workouts to meet your needs.
Health Coaching: Need help determining what foods are best for your and your goals? Looking to work on getting our overall health in order? We are available to provide Health Coaching to partner with you in your efforts to become more healthy and fit. Health Coaching programs are 60, 90 or 120 days.
1:1 Personal Training: If group classes aren’t your thing, we also offer 1:1 personal training to help you meet your goals. 45 minute sessions can bought individually or in packs of 5, 10 or 15. Sessions are individually designed to meet your needs and your goals.
Body Composition Testing: Caliper measurements of your body, including a body fat measurement. This is helpful in determining your overall progress, and for determining weight loss goals.
Introductory Membership 3 months for $150. Unlimited classes during that time. This is a great introduction to functional fitness. Other discounts do not apply to this membership.
Unlimited Class Membership $115 per month. Most members attend three classes a week which breaks down to $9.50 per class. Discounts are given for 6 and 12 month commitments.
Limited Class Membership $95 per month. Two classes per week. This membership breaks down to $12.00 per class. Discounts are given for 6 and 12 month commitments.
Health Coaching $100 for 60 days, $135 for 90 days, $175 for 120 days. 10% discount for pre-payment of the fees.
1:1 Personal Training $40 per session. Discounts apply for packages purchased. Packages available in sets of 5.
